Dr. Lori Eisner and Dr. Heather Kapson are excited to bring you a new initiative to create greater access to evidence-based therapeutic tools: Within Reach Workshops. Rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Within Reach workshops are a short-term, focused, interactive workshop with Dr. Eisner and Dr. Kapson where you will learn practical tools along with a framework for how to use them to change your life in meaningful ways. In these sessions, you will learn how to be more present in your day to day life, how to embrace and unhook from difficult thoughts and feelings, and how to determine your priorities and take meaningful steps to fulfill them.
When: 6 weekly 1-hour sessions, beginning Wednesday June 26 @ 12:00 pm
