NPA: Mission Statement
Needham Psychotherapy Associates, LLC, is committed to being a group
of exceptionally skilled and experienced mental health professionals
who enjoy working together and are able to achieve a comfortable balance
between being a formal group practice and maintaining a satisfactory
degree of independent practice. NPA is a marketing-driven practice,
which means it operates from an annually updated business plan and it
expects individual Associates to have his/her own business plan. NPA
is committed to developing innovative and exciting service products
and strives to be perceived by the community-at-large as offering the
highest quality mental health services. Its central message to the community
is that "It Only Takes One Phone Call" to rapidly access the right therapist.
NPA's goal is to be the primary choice for outpatient mental health
services in Needham and one of the primary choices in the contiguous
communities.
